Power Hang Dead

WOD:
Power Hang Clean 5-4-3-2  and Dead Lift 12-10-8-6
Do 1 set PHC then 1 set DL.  Use the same weight for each set (i.e 5PHC and 12 DL both 135#).

Then, practice “skinning the cat”.
