Dos Amigos

With a partner complete the following in order as fast as possible:
600M Run
80 Curtis Ps (Barbell clean into one lunge each leg and then pressed out overhead)
80 Burpees
80 Pull-ups
600M Run
*Both partners run together. All other work is broken up between your pair however you wish. Only one partner can work/rest at a time.
