(former) Muay Thai instructor, participation in 2 Muay Thai smokers, Crossfit Level 1
I grew up in the suburban sprawl town of Montrose, Ca into a large pilipino family and spent my childhood around good food and even better people. After high school I attended the local JC for 3 years. In my free time I developed a love and respect for Muay Thai, its face-to-face competition and teamwork. I moved to San Diego to pursue a degree in Architecture, gained a “few” college pounds and was introduced to Crossfit by my sister. I loved it and I continue to appreciate the physical benefits it brings. Today I spend my time eating much healthier food and valuing my relationships with amazing people.
Travel the world, live a healthy active lifestyle, live eco-conscientiously…… but in the more conventional sense: earn my Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and earn a murderous living.
