Thruster Breathing Ladder

2-4-6-8-10 Repeated as many times as possible while maintaining the pattern of breathing for rest.

Count by 2s up to 10 and reset back at 2 after each completed ladder.

Do 2 thrusters, take 2 breaths of rest, do 4 thrusters, take 4 breaths of rest, do 6 thrusters, take 6 breaths of rest, and so on.

Breath freely while performing the movement and take slow, deep controlled breaths to recover.

*Pace is key for this workout. Weight selection is important; if in doubt use a lighter weight as failed reps due to heavier weights may not yield the desired result.
