11AM – 5PM (every 30 minute interval)

Why: To honor those Veterans who have answered the call of duty past and present

Workout:

Insertion:

500 meter row

Actions on Objective (3 RDS):

5 Rope Climbs or 20 Pull-Ups

25 Push-ups

25 WBS

25 Box Jumps

25 Burpees

Extraction:

400 meter Kettle Bell Carry

*Partner rest doing get-ups/sit-ups

(This is meant to be a partner workout but you can test your limits and try it alone)
