5 minute AMRAP max double unders with a 3 burpee penalty upon braking rhythm. Score is number of double unders completed.
Scaled: 5 minutes 100 singles and max burpees. Complete 100 singles with 5 minutes on the clock and use the reamining time to complete max burpees.
For all others:
Complete the following with 30 second rest in between each sprint (run or row):
