15 minute AMRAP:
While partner 1(p1) runs 100m with plate overhead, Partner 2 (p2) does stationary
lunges until p1 returns.
P1 sprints back to p1 to switch.
P2 sprints to the plate
and runs back with plate overhead while
p1 does stationary lunges until p2 returns

Result Type: AMRAP
