Goal: 400 Air Squats
Perform in a group of 3.
Each time you finish 100 squats, run 300m together

Result Type: Time
Male Rx: 0 lbs
Female Rx: 0 lbs
Comment: While partner 1 does Squats, Partner 2 does burpees and partner 3 rests. Rotate until you hit 100, then run. Ultimate goal of 400 squats.
