6am, 9am (Morning WODs)
12 pm- 1:00pm (Power Lunch WOD)
5:00pm, 6:00pm and 7:00pm (Evening WODs)
Saturday:
From 10am-11am at CFEV we have our FREE weekend workout.
From 12:00pm-1:00pm Beginner FREE weekend workout.
More WOD Class times will be available as we continue to grow, but feel free to take advantage of the open gym daily until then!
Foundations Class Series:
Foundations I – Mondays 7:30 am & 7:30 pm or Sundays at 1 pm
Foundations II - Wednesdays 7:30 am & 7:30 pm or Sundays at 2 pm
Foundations III – Fridays 7:30 am & 7:30 pm or Sundays at 3 pm
Crossfit Pink:
High intensity, short duration functional movements, no overly technical steps. Focussing CrossFit effectiveness towards feminine fitness goals for incredible results! Tues & Thurs 7:30pm and Sat at 11am.
Yoga:
Temporally suspended as we renovate the space and restructure our class offerings
Boot Camps:
The boot camp program includes three workouts a week for two months (24 workouts). Each workout includes both individual as well as group exercise that is challenging and fun.
